A buddy of mine began a Bitcoin mining operation and asked me to create the art. Because the art is inscribed on the blockchain, it had to be a tiny file size but still eye cartching and reflecting the name of the project, AcidMine. So from that, blending pop culture references and optical illusions – pixel art tabs of acid were born. Created using Aesprite.
